 This beautiful kettle dyed garment grade wool comes from a local Ohio Valley flock of English Leicester cross lambs. All lambs  wool listed on this page have been washed and dyed with commercial grade Washfast acid dyes specially formulated for protein fibers. Of course, the white, and the natural colored wool listed last are not dyed--they are the real color of the sheep.  Wool has both memory and bounce and is great for handspinning and all novelty techniques.  These locks are ready to spin or card and are great for blending and fun to work with.
